They refused to refund the cost of my parcel which was £23.00. They rely on their unfair terms which says they are not responsible in any way. However, we book their service and they should be responsible. I am now taking them to the small claims court. Well if there was a zero star option i would use it. I ordered a ‘next day’ service, the price was reasonable. This was 10am Friday, for a Saturday delivery.
